IdealAir Heating and Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Jim Manders and Tom Orde. Jim and Tom both began their HVAC careers with another local HVAC contractor, and now combine over 70 years of experience in the HVAC business. Our in-house HVAC design department works closely with General Contractors and local business owners to achieve the highest possible quality and surpass expectations for all design build projects.

Our business is dedicated to improving the quality of your heating and ventilation systems. We sell, service and install furnaces, air conditioning systems, boiler systems, domestic hot water tanks, radiant floor, humidifiers, air filtration systems, make up air systems and custom sheet metal work.
We have a 14,000 square foot fabrication shop and office facility with some of the latest fabrication equipment to handle our residential and commercial / industrial customers. We also have a 3,200 square foot shop in Crivitz, with a fleet of 21 service vehicles and provide 24-hour service to our customers. IdealAir is also a member of the Brown County Home Builders Associations, Air Conditioning Contractors of America, Associated Builders and Contractors Assocation, and Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.

North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
